Rietfontein, Pretoria Moot: ACCOUNTANT / BOOKKEEPER

Minimum Requirements:

-Well presented, friendly and professional Afrikaans speaking individual

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages

-Matric / Grade 12

-B.Com Degree / Diploma / Certificate completed a must

-Minimum 10 years recent full Bookkeeping to Trial Balance experience a must

-Computer literate MS Office in Pastel Evolution required

-High attention to detail and accuracy

-Able to work under pressure

-Excellent verbal and communication skills

-Responsible and reliable

-Stable employment record A MUST (no job hoppers, long term employment at previous employers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record etc.)

-Contactable References A MUST

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Bookkeeping to Trial Balance for wholesale / retail company

-Full debtors and Creditors accounting function

-Administer cash-ups and banking

-Cashbook postings and reconciliations

-Manage expenses and budget

-Administer Petty-Cash payments / allocations and reconciliations

-Salary preparations

-VAT Reconciliations

-General administrative work / other duties required by management.

-Feedback to management.

Salary: Negotiable depending on relevant experience and qualifications (Market relation R 20 000 – R 35 000 gross)
