Rietfontein, Pretoria: BOOKKEEPER

Minimum Requirements:

-Professional Afrikaans speaking female

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages A MUST (Afr & Eng client base)

-Bookkeeping/Accounting Diploma A MUST (key requirement)

-Minimum 5 years recent full Bookkeeping experience a must (key requirement)

-Computer literate in MS Office and Pastel Evolution a must (key requirement)

-High attention to details and accuracy

-Able to work under pressure

-Excellent verbal and communication skills in both Afrikaans and English

-Responsible and reliable

-Stable employment record and contactable references

-To start immediately

Working hours:

Retail working hours from Mondays to Friday 07h30am – 17h00pm, including approximately 2 Saturdays per month

Duties:
-Full bookkeeping function for wholesale retail company

-Full debtors and Creditors accounting function

-Administer cash-ups and banking

-Cashbook postings and reconciliations

-Manage expenses and budget.

-Administer Petty-Cash payments / allocations and reconciliations.

-Salary preparations.

-VAT Reconciliations.

-General administrative work / other duties required by management.

-Provide feedback to management.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (Market relation R-----.00 – R 20 000.00 gross)
