Skills and Educational Requirements

Degree in Finance / Business related
8 years experience in a similar environment, 4 years in management
Deep understanding of pricing models, revenue optimization strategies, and their application to drive top-line growth.
Proficiency in using data to drive decision-making, identifying trends, and leveraging insights to optimize pricing and growth strategies.
Strong ability to lead and collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of revenue initiatives.
In-depth understanding of the South African beverage market, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent skills in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions at both local and global levels.
Ability to identify new business opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive profitable growth through market-leading initiatives.
Capability to mentor, manage, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals
