Returns Assistant

SUMMARY:
Company in CapeTown Northern suburbs seeking a Returns Assistant, who is responsible in assisting with the returns of unwanted, damaged, faulty and miss-pick products to support the Returns Manager effectively in the performance of the day-to-day tasks in relation to the returns processes.

POSITION INFO:

• Assist with taking calls from customers regarding return requests
• Ensure all return notifications are dealt with within 2 hours of receiving them
• Advise customers of the return’s procedure according to internal service level and/or individual supplier RMA process; always setting the customers expectation
• Assist and train clients on creating returns including to print off the returns PDF and attach it to the stock being returned
• Print and attach returns labels to any returned stock which is received without
• Place a quality issue log against the original order on the internal CRM system with full details of the return, reason and type; miss-pick, faulty, damaged, unwanted
• Continue to monitor the return until the items have been collected and returned to Company
• Inspect and verify all products that have been returned
• Verify all forms and records of the products being returned
• Verify the quantities of the stock being returned
• Contact the customer near the return deadline if the item has not yet been received back
• Ensure all customer and staff correspondence are logged on the return
• Ensure that all Company’s returns procedures / criteria are met and adhered to
