SUMMARY:

The main purpose of this position:

This will include:

Tracking and administration of returns from customers and company’s outlets including RTS consignments
Collections bookings
Credit note completion
Resolution of customer and internal returns and credit note related queries
Weekly and monthly reporting

This role will liaise with and support Returns, Warehouse, Sales and Finance teams, customers and service providers in respect of the returns process

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience required:

Matric or NQF Equivalent
Previous Returns Clerk / Returns Administration / Reverse Logistics experience essential
Computer literacy specifically MS Excel is essential
Previous Sage or ERP system is preferable
Must be flexible and work shifts (which may include night work, weekends and public holidays)
Reside in Johannesburg West Rand with own transport preferable

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
