SUMMARY:
A financial institution specialising in employee benefits is expanding and want to add a Retirement Fund Administrator Manager  to their community.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:  Degree/Diploma relevant to Retirement Funds Industry and CA (SA).
 
KPA’s
Minimum 10 years experience in Retirement Fund Administration
3yrs management experience providing administration and administration support to staff in multiple countries
Understand legislation in SA environment
In-depth knowledge of Retirement Fund Administration
Liaison with legislative authorities
Compliance to fund rules, procedures, processes
Process management
Retention/talent management and succession planning for staff
Develop operational plans
Compile budgets and forecasts
Analyse/solve customer complaints
