Calling all Commercial Retentions Consultants

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling difficult client calls
• Responsible for retaining clients 
• Dealing with client queries and complaints on all levels in a competent, efficient and professional way, and in accordance with the quality and performance standard
• All dealings with clients must be in alignment with the company culture and values
• Follow up on unpaid premiums
• Saving of Cancelations of Exiting client

Requirements:

• Fully FAIS and RE accredited
• Full Commercial insurance qualification
• Minimum of 3 years Commercial experience
• Multi-lingual would be advantageous
• Good communication skills and telephone etiquette
