POSITION INFO:
Key Results Areas include:
• Respond to any cancellation request within 24 hours.
• Resolve member complaints.
• Identify common causes for cancellation requests
• Reduce cancellation request through the use of retention tools.
• Assist in strategizing methods of decreasing cancellations.
• Assist call centre or colleagues where required
• Any other duty as reasonably required.
