POSITION INFO:

Our client in the FMCG Retail Industry is looking for a Retail Shop Assistant to join their team in Uitenhage.

 

Duties/ Responsiblilties:

• Responsible for handling all customer queries, answering phone calls etc
• Assist cashiers with voiding of products
• Responsible for ensuring that shelves in the shop is always fully stocked and areas are clean
• Responsible for calling packers over the intercom and instructing them to stock the fridges and clean up where needed
• Assist customers paying with vouchers and gift cards, as well as assisting with the issuing thereof

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• 3-5 years experience in a FMCG Industry
• Must be willing to work Saturday''s
• A previous FMCG/ Retail supervisory position will be advantages
