Matric essential
Degree in Sales and Marketing essential
3 years experience in a Sales and Ops management position - not negotiable
Able to structure deals and Promotions
Able to arrange Retail store for maximum sales and merchandising
Drive sales by training interventions
Deliver on sales by having effective ops in place
Budgets/forecasts and projections
People supervision is essential and able to hone skills for development
