Retail Sales Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge
• Adhere to any and all company policies and procedures
• Make sales appointments with clients
• Team with other employees to make sure that product is available and shoppable in store
• Generates new leads by meeting with clients
• Follow up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product
• Assemble any and all product displays in a given market
• Meets with retail associates to help them effectively sell products
• Find new target markets and penetrate them to drive sales
• Discover how to market products to new users
• Understands how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends
• Use the Internet to push products to a given target market
• Work with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies
• Teach other sales consultants how to make sales to potential consumers
• Discover target markets and advantages of other companies
• Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge
• Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers

Requirements

• 3 years sales experience
• Exceptional Sales skills and sales driven
• Enjoy writing your own salary monthly through commission
• Keen eye for detail and exceptional networking skills
• Motivated and pro active
• Own transport or reliable transport
• Contactable references and Matric certificate

Basic R72000 PA +Excellent Commission
