Retail Sales Consultant in Fabric

Upholstery Supplier is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant with fabric experience to service walk-in customers, guide, advise and offer them the best customer service with a quick and smooth turnaround time.

3+ years internal sales experience/customer service experience (Face-to-Face)

3+ years retail/shop floor experience in a similar industry

Knowledge of fabrics essential

Matric essential

Clear credit and criminal record

Excellent customer service/care/problem solving

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Self-motivated/proactive, independent worker who is a strong team player

Hours:Â Monday - Thursday = 08h00 - 17h00

Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Friday = 08h00 - 16h00

Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Saturday = 08h30 - 13h00
