A well-established company based in Maitland is looking to employ an experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join their organisation Suitable candidates will need to meet the following requirements

Qualification and Experience:

  • 3+ years internal sales experience/customer service experience
  • 3+ years retail/shop floor experience in a similar industry
  • Matric essential
  • Clear credit record

Key skills/Job specific competencies:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver the required results/proven track record in retail sales
  • Self-motivated/proactive, independent worker who is a strong team player
  • Well groomed
  • Displays pride in who they are and what they do
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent customer service/care/problem solving
  • Good planning, organising skills and time management
  • Neat and tidy
  • Friendly and helpful disposition – positive attitude
  • Good administrative skill – accurate and detailed
  • Proficiency in use of Word, Email, Internet
