A customer service representative can work in a variety of industries, including retail, financial services, and many others. The job requires frequent interaction with people.

On a typical day, duties include:

• Answering questions from customers

• Resolving concerns

• Handling complaints

• Maintaining current customer records by updating information

• CAP (Customer Awareness Program)

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate

• Good communication skills

• Energetic

• Outgoing

• Open to learn

• Available to start work immediately

• Individuals should be between the age of 18-30 years
