Job Position: Retail Representative - Audit and Development Coordinator

Location: Port Elizabeth
Salary: R16 000 per month CTC commensurate with experience including company car, laptop and cellphone
6 month contract position
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday plus standby available on your mobile device
Qualifications / Requirements
- To start immediately
- Minimum of Matric
- Tertiary Diploma / certification highly advantageous
- Valid Code B drivers license essential – must be prepared to travel
- Skills and experience:
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to address multiple calls simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
- Self-motivated and able to work under general supervision, with close attention to detail
- Good team player – interaction and liaison with management, co-workers and clients
- Neatness in work essential
- Results driven, positive and professional disposition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Performance Areas:
- Conduct retail asset audits and call cards for EC retailers, report discrepancies to Legal Department, Department Heads
- Report movement of assets / equipment to Maintenance Department
- Collect the retail asset audits and call cards from Reps in other provinces, compiling data into calculator spreadsheet, reporting discrepancies to Legal Department and Department Heads
- Drawing new retail asset audits accompanied by site layout, provide final documents to Maintenance Department
- Maintain sales volumes
- Travel to sites from time to time, if data received not sensible
- Maintain good customer relationships and assist with queries
- Populate monthly sales volume reports
- Populate data for the company, focusing on the Retailers not stocking product range, and connecting the dots between internal sales, contracts where needed and getting the momentum going and managing this by studying the sales, keeping his finger on the pulse
- Participate in the launch of new product range following instructions provided by Department Head
- Populate a monthly report on sales per customer
- Maintain sales volumes
- Submit monthly sales volume reports to Department Head
- Use the historical sales data provided by company Admin as a platform for your discussion with your retailer
