POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:
vGreeting customers in a respectful and professional manner.
vProcess customer orders, errors, and returns successfully.
vAnswering questions relating to the order and other products that the customer might be interested in i.e., type/colour/quantity of new products.
vDealing with queries or complaints in a professional and effective manner.
vKnowledge of dealing with difficult customers and being able to create solutions.
vAssist customers finding products on sale floor.
vEnsuring the sales area is always clean and tidy.
vProcess payment of the orders.
vBe able to train, manage and provide guidance for junior staff.
vPossess excellent leadership qualities to manage a team.
vMust be able to delegate tasks to staff.
vProvide quick and effective service to customers.
vEnsure maximum customer satisfaction.
vMust be able to multitask.
vPossessing excellent product knowledge to inform customers and increase sales.
vAlways being informed of new products on the market, and ensuring customers have the correct and most factual information of all new and existing products.
vMaintaining a clean workplace environment for yourself and the customers.
vFollow up on orders to prevent delay and frustration.

Requirements:
vA relevant retail qualification.
v3 years in retail environment.
vValid matric certificate.
vCode 8 or more driver’s licence.
vGood computer skills, working knowledge of Omni system shall serve as an advantage.
vGood knowledge of MS Office.
vExcellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
vClear ITC and fingerprint report.
vStrong multitasking skills with good attention to detail.
vGood organisational and time management skills.
vProblem solving abilities.
vTeam orientated.
vStrong customer service and business orientation.
vInterpersonal skills.
vCandidate must be willing to work retail hours (alternate weekend and public holidays).
