SUMMARY:
Our client in the meat processing industry is seeking the services of a suitable qualified and experienced individual to manage its factory outlet

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Grade 12 or relevant NQF qualification
  • A butchery management qualification would be advantageous
  • 3 years + experience in meat/food products in retail/supermarket environment
  • 2 years management experience
  • Knowledge of meat cuts/products and preparation techniques
  • MS Office and Unipos knowledge essential
  • Excellent knowledge of quality standards
