Our client in the meat processing industry is seeking the services of a suitable qualified and experienced individual to manage its factory outlet

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 or relevant NQF qualification
A butchery management qualification would be advantageous
3 years + experience in meat/food products in retail/supermarket environment
2 years management experience
Knowledge of meat cuts/products and preparation techniques
MS Office and Unipos knowledge essential
Excellent knowledge of quality standards
