Requirements :

• Degree
• At least 10 years of exposure in an executive role in a retail environment is essential.
• Our client wants to appoint Employment Equity Executives with extensive exposure as a CEO/MD/Director/GM in a retail environment. Some of the roles will include mentoring and grooming for CEO roles for a specific brand or divisional CEO/MD roles. These roles entail providing strategic direction and planning.
• Candidates who are currently in such roles, as well as those with potential, will be considered, although the strategic ability is essential.

Key Performance :

• Understanding retail dynamics and trends.
• Track record of successful management and development of senior staff.
• Exposure to managing a business or business unit or division.
• Strategic and operational direction and planning.
• Strategic positioning of the brand
• Business development and growth.
• Ability to develop and forge strategic relationships on the executive level.
• Financial planning and control.
• Maximizing income stream
