• Matric, relevant marketing qualification
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Ability to please clients and put their needs first
• Highly organised
• Ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously
• A strong independent worker
• Experience managing budgets (with support)
• Content creation
• Social Media expertise

• Conduct Bi Monthly Focus Group Meetings
• Chair Monthly Merchants Association Meetings
• Approve Newsletter and compile surveys to tenants
• Attend individual and category tenant meetings

• Make all strategy and budget recommendations
• Manage and control marketing budgets & under/over expenditure
• Evaluate competitor activity in the marketplace
• Constantly look for new ways to add value
• Pursue relevant strategic alliances and sponsorship opportunities
• Marketing Reporting on past & upcoming projects (marketing report)
• Tenants to receive feedback on past & future projects

• Oversee and generate briefs to agency for event specific, branding, ad hoc
• Campaigns and newsletters
• Approval of creative work & media schedules
• On-going liaison and strategy meetings

• Generate press releases and distribution to media
• Monitor publicity received

• Database management and communications strategy
• Liaison with suppliers
• Communication of strategy to tenants
• Development of on-line / electronic strategy

• Evaluate proposals & conduct formal market research as and when required
• Conduct shopper focus groups as required
• To conduct own dipstick research

• Conceptualise events & oversee time plans & budgets
• Liaison with suppliers and participating tenants

• Ensure exhibitors enhance the shopping experience
• Ensure courts are invoiced and payments collected

• Attendance of relevant tourism functions
• On-going communication and relationship building with relevant tourism players

• On-going communication & internal liaison
• Reporting on Centre's performance

• Dealing with the public & tenants re complaints / queries
• Dealing with media and reporters
• Submitting responses to media & individuals
