SUMMARY:
Retail Branch Manager (Paint / Coatings Industry)

POSITION INFO:

Our Client is looking for a Dynamic "Go-Getter" candidate to manage thier store in the Randburg area.

Must have working knowledge of Paint / Coatings
Strong sales person who is able to generate new business as well as rejuvenate lost business.
Must have had exposure to managing staff, sales & marketing, merchandising, stock management, security of the store and customer service
Meet and exceed monthly targets set as well as monitor staff KPA''''s
Must have a min of 5 years working in the Retail Industry.
Able to control discounts given / allowed
Assume full responsibility of the day to day running of the store which would include:- Daily Cash-up''''s, daily ordering of stock, stock takes and stock rotation.
Control branch expenses
Follow up that all customers complaints are fully resolved
Must possess excellent figure and admin skills
And above all be Customer Service Orientated

Matric is essential
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Must reside in the Randburg surrounding area
Drivers license and own transport
