SUMMARY:
A global company within the fuel, oil and gas industry is seeking a Retail Admin and Department Co-ordinator to support the Retail Sales and Management team and co-ordinate the department in reaching its deliverables.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of working experience in a similar role is essential.
Law Firm work experience will be advantageous.
Any other work-related experience will be advantageous.

Knowledge and skills:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / Microsoft Teams)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite with proficiency in general legal programmes an added advantage.
High attention to detail.
Time management skills.
Excellent typing and drafting skills.
Comfortable with a variety of administrative work.
Must be able to work independently.

Key tasks and Responsibilities:

Management files (agreements, deal structure documents, authorisations).
Correspondence with internal Stakeholders and external Stakeholders (like other HOD’s, clients, attorneys, Estate Agents).
Audit internal documents.
Typing of agreements.
Drafting proposal documents.
Manage workflow.
Representing the department at various internal company projects.
Routine filing and administrative duties.
Capturing of customer information where required for invoicing or record keeping purposes.
General written and telephonic correspondence based on instructions.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
