Retail Accounts Manager

SUMMARY:
Port Elizabeth. Opportunity exists for Retail Accounts Manager to join fast-growing, well-established wholesalers and distributers within the lubricants industry.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct retail asset audits and call cards for EC Retailers and report discrepancies to the Legal department and department heads
• Report negative call cards
• Report movement of assets / equipment
• Drawing new Retail asset audits accompanied by site layout and provide final documents to Maintenance department
• Maintaining sales volumes
• Create strategies to increase sales
• Traveling to sites from time to time
• Maintaining good customer relationships and assisting with queries
• Report to management on sales volumes
• Populate data focusing on Retailers not stocking the companies oil range
• Participating in the launch of new oil range following instructions provided by Department head
• Populate a monthly report on sales per customer

Requirements:

• Matric
• Tertiary Diploma / Certificate advantageous
• Prepared to travel (valid driver’s licence essential)
• Able to work under pressure and address multiple calls simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
• Self-motivated and able to work under general supervision, with close attention to detail
• Good team player
• Neatness in work essential
• Results driven, positive, and professional disposition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
