Upmarket Restaurant/Bar in Southgate is looking for an assistant general manager with 6+ years relevant experience. Candidates must have strong bar management skills and must have the ability to work under pressure. Good stock management skills and knowledge of liquor costings essential. The position is suitable for individuals with good organizing skills and for candidates with a passion for customer service. Must have strong customer relations skills. Will only consider candidates who can work under pressure. Must also have solid kitchen management experience. Salary R 15000 - 17000K nett.
