POSITION INFO:
Restaurant Supervisors | Qatar – Doha | Luxury Hotel Brand
Looking for experienced RESTAURANT SUPERVISORS to join Food and Beverage teams of a well-known, luxury hotel brand, located in Doha, Qatar.
Skills and experience needed from Restaurant Supervisors:
- At least 2 years of experience of working in supervisory position in 5-star hotel OR an upmarket restaurant OR cruise ship
- Hospitality qualification
- Very good knowledge of F&B operations
- Leadership and exceptionally good communication skills
- Conflict resolution abilities
- Interpersonal skills
- Able to implement company’s policies and procedures and make sure all staff adheres to all
Main duties:
- Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations while on duty
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Maintain quality control for all food served
- Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
- Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
- Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
- Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
Start: As soon as possible, subject to visa
Salary package:
- Basic salary will depend on candidate’s experience and skills
