Experience in all types of food delivery required. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing a busy kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and food quality control. Will also be responsible for stock management. Applicants must be proficient in kitchen administration. Knowledge of pizza and pasta preparation essential.
