JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

  • Completed Grade 12
  • 5 years’ experience within the retail industry – managing people
  • Proven track record (references and background screening will be done)
  • Computer Literate - MS Word, Excel and Outlook – POS system experience
  • Valid driver’s license and own car

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the fast food store
  • Planning, organizing and training of staff members
  • Stock loss investigation and implementation of internal processes for the prevention of shrinkage
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Motivation and management of staff
  • Establishing and maintaining acceptable profitability in the business
  • Stock taking duties
  • Ensuring operations run smoothly and that the customers are satisfied
