New upmarket Restaurant with live music opening in Fourways area is looking for an Operator. Candidates with 8+ years Restaurant management experience will be considered. Must have very strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with long working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable. Looking for someone that that can run the business as their own. Must have knowledge of the music / DJ industries and where to source these. Experience with suppliers essential. Applicants must ambitious, self-motivated and energetic. Looking for long term commitment. Possibility of profit share / buy in. Salary R 20000 – 30000 K Gross to start Only serious managers need to apply.
