Restaurant Manager - The Congo

Restaurant Group in Lubumbashi in the Congo has a Senior Manager position available. Candidates with 5+ years Restaurant management experience will be considered. Must be skilled in running a point of sale system, front and back end. Must have very strong general management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. Candidates with long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be, energetic, passionate and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and lead a team. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and training skills. Ideal for single individuals with no dependents. Must be very computer literate. All traveling costs are covered. 6 Months on and 2 weeks off to come back to SA. Salary 20 – 25K per month ($1.6K) plus accommodation and travel allowance.
