Established Restaurant group is looking for a senior Restaurant Manager for their flag ship store in Ruimsig. Looking for candidates with 5 or more years Restaurant management experience. Applicants must be well spoken, well groomed and have good customer relations skills. Must be experienced in front an back of house management. Experience in sit-down and take-away service delivery essential. Main duties will include staff management, stock management, cash-ups, Restaurant admin, opening & closing procedures. Looking for candidates who can work under pressure in a busy environment, must be able to lead a team. Applicants must ambitious, self motivated and hardworking.
