Applicants must be well spoken, well groomed and have good customer relations skills. Position suitable for candidates with good front of house and back of house Restaurant management experience. Duties will include staff & stock management as well as cash-ups, Restaurant admin, opening & closing procedures. Applicants must ambitious, self motivated and hardworking.
