POSITION INFO:

Upmarket Restaurant group is looking for a Manager for their store in Umhlanga. Candidates with 6+ years Restaurant management experience will be considered. Must have very strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with long working history at previous employers preferred. The suitable applicant will be hardworking, have good organizing skills with strong people management abilities. All references must be contactable. Experience in a Restaurant / Bar environment beneficial. Applicants must ambitious, self motivated and energetic. Looking for long term commitment.
