Established Restaurant in Sandton is looking for a 2IC Manager that has the potential and drive to become a GM. Candidates with 6+ years Restaurant general management experience will be considered. Must be experienced in front and back of house. Looking for someone who is ambitious, hardworking and eager to grow their career with a leading brand. Experience in a busy high volume Restaurant environment preferred. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills.  All references must be contactable. Main duties will include staff management/training, opening and closing procedures and general Restaurant administration. Looking for someone that can lead a team and who can also work alone.
