We are looking for a Head Chef for a busy restaurant in PE.
Shift Work
Valid driver’s license
Creative and passionate about culinary arts
Stock takes
GP calculation
Wastage management
Menu development
Menu costings
Good palate for food and wine pairings
Strong leadership qualities
Attention to detail
Team player

We are looking for someone who can start at very short notice and is able to travel for cook off interview.
