Restaurant General Manager - Swaziland

Upmarket Restaurant / Lodge in Swaziland is looking for a General Manager. Candidates with 10+ years Restaurant management experience will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider individuals with exceptional Restaurant administration knowledge and experience. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers preferred.
