Restaurant GM | Dubai | Busy Upmarket Restaurant
We are looking for experienced RESTAURANT GM to run all operations of a well-known, upmarket restaurant located in Dubai. The restaurant has been voted in top 10 best restaurants in Dubai few times now.
It offers A la Carte menu, business lunches, sushi bar, bar & lounge and rooftop terrace.
With the staff count of almost 200, we are looking for the strong candidate with previous experience in running big restaurant operations.
Main duties:
- Full restaurant operations
- P&L
- Able to work with large volumes and under a lot of pressure
- Excellent delegation skills
- Coaching and Training
- Passion for the hospitality industry
Main skills and qualifications required:
- Professional hospitality qualification
- Previous experience of at least 5 years of working in high end, high-volume restaurant
- NO HOTEL GENERAL MANAGERS PLEASE
- Hands on management style, able to cope with high volumes of operations
- Experience from GCC countries will be a bonus
- Fluent English
- Additional languages will be an advantage
- Fast thinker
- Excellent operator
Start Date – ASAP
