Our client in the hospitality industry based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ a Restaurant Floor Manager.Â

Responsibilities:

• Training and supervising staff in conjunction with the restaurant GM
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines as per company policies in conjunction with restaurant GM
• Overseeing stock levels for FOH with GM
• Ordering supplies as requested and authorized by GM
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Taking reservations
• Greeting and advising customers
• Problem solving
• Handling administration and paperwork
• Liaising with customers, employees
• Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant
