Restaurant Administrator

POSITION INFO:

An award winning Restaurant is looking for a smart and professional all round Administrator to take on the following duties:

Cash up and reports

Maintaining in house stationery

Mailing Lists

Social Media creating and keeping up to date

Marketing creating flyers, food blog and advertising

Emails dealing with and responding information as required

Dineplan monitoring and updating

Vouchers keep up to date on sent, used and issued vouchers

 Food and Wine Menus:  proofreading, layouts, printing

 Website  - add anything immediate to Home Page popup

                - menus, take out and wine lists updated

                - update with relevant events

                - update any content that changes

Event Marketing and coordinating

You must have a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar position.

Salary around R15K
