SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Response Handling Administrator to be based in the Parktown, Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric
Minimum 5 years in an administration function with recruitment experience
Computer literate (Ms Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
Proven administration experience in a response handling environment
Second language will be an advantage
Ability to communicate effectively

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with the creation of adverts as per client’s requests
Print and collate CV’s which are received for adverts placed
Compile an Excel spreadsheet comprising of the candidate’s information as per the CV’s (i.e. Name, ID No, Driver’s license, Contact numbers, emails address, physical address, qualification, last/ current employment, etc)
Capture all CV’s received and forward to the account manager to screen
Reconcile all captured CV’s and group them accordingly to level of applicability
Open files and save CV’s accordingly
Handover the completed file to the Account Manager in order for it to be submitted to the client
Archive CV’s which were not grouped as most applicable
Assist with the setup of preliminary and final interviews
Arrange the necessary visitors parking and access at client premises for interviewees
Organise conference calls for candidates who are unable to travel for interviews
Ensure that necessary documents for criminal and reference checks are sent to and received back from candidates
Liaise with candidates with regards to interviews and general matters relating to their applications
All ad-hoc administrative matters pertaining to advert response
