Camps Bay Village, with stunning views of the Twelve Apostles Mountain range and just a minute’s walk from the Atlantic Ocean, is seeking a Residential Manager to join its exceptional team. The ideal candidate will ensure the facilities are up to the highest standards, contributing to the luxurious experience in the vibrant Camps Bay Village, known for its dynamic range of activities and amenities.

You would need to have the ability to ensure our facilities remain in pristine condition while delivering top-notch service and solutions will be essential. What is required:

A Residential Manager is the executive who oversees ongoing business operations focusing on Serviced places and Group Operational standards to enhance and maintain efficiency, standards and service levels. You will be a key figure in ensuring a positive living environment for residents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Qualification in Hospitality and Tourism Industry (advantageous)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same or similar
• Level 2 minimum Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)
• Opera knowledge (advantageous).

Communication: Able to read, write and converse in English / Listening / Probing / Comprehension
