SUMMARY:

Maintain the village physical infrastructure
Regular inspections of all facilities, buildings, and common areas
Execute scheduled tasks
Obtain quotations for maintenance, repairs and overseas the work
Administration and oversee of subordinate staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Previous experience in managing and maintenance of facilities in estates and retirement villages is required
Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
Must have a valid driver’s license
Good written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English
Computer skills – MS Office or equivalent
