SUMMARY:

  • Maintain the village physical infrastructure
  • Regular inspections of all facilities, buildings, and common areas
  • Execute scheduled tasks
  • Obtain quotations for maintenance, repairs and overseas the work
  • Administration and oversee of subordinate staff


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Previous experience in managing and maintenance of facilities in estates and retirement villages is required
  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English
  • Computer skills – MS Office or equivalent
