POSITION INFO:

Residential / Commercial Property Broker – Cape Town

 

Our Client is seeking to employ an experienced Residential / Commercial Broker

 

Track record of earning at least R30 000 + in 2018 and 2019, to meet with sellers and obtain mandates

 

Post Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good Work Ethic
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong Admin Skills
  • Good Computer Literacy
  • Minimum of 3 years market experience
  • Ability to make presentations to groups and individuals
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive written reports
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Able to work independently
  • Clear credit and criminal record – as per our client requirements

 

Salary – Negotiable depending on experience
