Residential Building Foreman

SUMMARY:
Residential Building Foreman required for a contractor busy with a large residential building complex in the Somerset West area

POSITION INFO:

• You shall be working closely with a Site Engineer and Site Agent
• Experience on building sites from Commercial, Retail and Residential buildings is essential.
• Skills required include exceptional communication skills, planning skills where you will be responsible for driving construction projects on multiple residential homes.
• Must have firm leadership skills that include time management, organizing skills and must be a team player and get stuck in with the co ordination of numerous subcontractors.

Qualifications and experience required.

• Preference shall be given to Building Foreman who have a Construction Trade
• 10+ years experience gained with high end residential building projects and preference shall be given to applications that have multi story apartment building project experience.
• Knowledge of working with Smart Home installations and fit outs an advantage.

Only open for Cape Town based Foreman who ideally reside in the Winelands area and ideally have had successful working relationships with subcontractors in the Stellenbosch and Somerset West areas.

Must be able to handle projects from civil site hand over through to setting out and driving the delivery of completed residential homes within the high end residential development market

Must be able to liase with Developers, Main Contractor, Professional Team, Sub contractors and most importantly with clients
