SUMMARY:
Reservationist 5* Establishment Winelands

POSITION INFO:

We are recruiting for a top end candidate that understands the hospitality industry with exceptional customer care experience and understanding. You will assist this 5* establishment with mainly international guests and your professional work ethic and manner together with your professional presentation of yourserself will make you a suitable candidate for the role.

Requirements:

Matric with a qualification in hospitality or Office Management
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a corporate front office reception space or experience as Reservationist
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Super organised
Ability to work in the Cape Winelands district

Duties:

Reservations
Ensure accurate records about guests'' bookings, payments and any additional information when interacting with a guest
Answering of reservations calls
Assist and maintain an efficient admin system within the department
Quotations
Ability to manage small room blocks
Manage guest complaints
Assist with booking of transfers
Sending of invoices, credit card payment links
Ensure all internal administration are up to date daily

This is an ideal position for a front line candidate that enjoys interacting with high end guests. Your ability to organise in a neat and professional manner, ability to solve queries and create the "wow" experience naturally, is what we are looking for.
