A Luxurious and Tranquil Bush Retreat is looking for a RESERVATIONIST to join their team.
POSITION INFO:
Candidate requirements:
- Grade 12 essential
- A tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Tourism essential
- Experience in a safari lodge environment (advantage)
- Experience in safari travel companies (advantage)
- Must have at least 2-3 years of working experience in reservations
- Must be fully computer literate in MS Office
- Previous experience using ResRequest is advantageous
- The ability to work in a close-knit multicultural team environment is essential
- Must have strong communications skills
- A passion for people/hospitality (essential)
- The ability to stay organized and work under pressure
- Must have an extroverted personality and be a strong driven candidate
- Must have a passion for the bush and conservation
