This role is a Researcher position specialising within the IT/Internal Audit industry, to search for the best auditors in the market and placing them with the best companies both locally and internationally.
As a Researcher your duties would include:

Interviewing candidates
Meeting revenue targets
Candidate attraction
Growing and maintaining relationships with candidates
Market research
Negotiating salary with candidates
Building up a talent pool of candidates

Requirements:

Degree/Honours qualification
Currently unemployed
Experience in promotions or sales
Sales personality
