As a Researcher your duties would include:
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Meeting revenue targets
  • Candidate attraction
  • Growing and maintaining relationships with candidates
  • Market research
  • Negotiating salary with candidates
  • Building up a talent pool of candidates
 
Requirements:
  • Degree/Honours qualification
  • Currently unemployed
  • Experience in promotions or sales
  • Sales personality
