POSITION INFO:

A large company specialising in Corporate Performance Management based in Johannesburg North is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as a Reporting Consultant.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree from an accredited university
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a similar position
• Strong working knowledge and/or experience with financial reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are highly advantageous

Job description & Skills:

• Assisting the company reporting specialists with the implementation of new reporting and/or planning applications
• Facilitating software support according to the client and/or internal reporting specialists’ requirements
• Developing Microsoft Excel models and/or reports that make use of external data from scratch
• Configuring and implementing a new application and facilitating the development of report templates
• Compiling financial reports, that is management accounts, budgets, forecasts, financial statements, and statistical reports
• Providing data analysis that demonstrates an understanding of database concepts and database query languages
