JOB DESCRIPTION:

Repairs and Maintenance Manager - Salt River - R20, 000 – R24, 000 per month plus a company car

A repairs and Maintenance Manager is required for a property management company with anchor tenants in and around the greater Cape Town area. Part commercial and part residential.

Must have previous experience as a property manager and be technical and hands-on.

Must have management experience.

Must have experience with insurance claims and dealing with insurance companies.

Regular inspections of completed repairs and building safety and security checks.

Must be of sober habits with good references and a clear criminal record.

A technical qualification will be advantageous.
