Repair Shop Assistant (RSA) - Gauteng - Pretoria

POSITION INFO:

A well-established motor dealership is looking for a Repair Shop Assistant (RSA) to join their team in the Pretoria area.

Duties will inlcude:

• Support Lead Mechanics
• Perform Preventive Maintenance Tasks
• Repair and Replace Automotive Parts
• Provide Diagnostic Support
• Maintain Customer and Vehicle Records
• Support Shop Cleanliness and Safety

Requirements for this position:

• Basic working knowledge of automotive parts and service
• Some experience with vehicle diagnostics and problem-solving 
• Should be able to successfully work in a team setting and coordinate their activities with other mechanics
• This role requires excellent attention to detail, both in providing support to lead mechanics and gaining familiarity with repair and maintenance practices for career advancement
• Good Communication skills
