To ensure that the workshop and rental department operates at an optimum level.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Workshop
  • Filing
  • Purchase order requests (buy out paperwork)
  • Repair book ins - spreadsheet & paperwork for WMS transfers.
  • Follow up on customer repairs and order numbers
  • Validations
  • License disc requests
  • Job card assistance & arts orders
  • Assist with weekly wages and overtime spread sheets.
 
Rentals
  • Prepare spreadsheets
  • Balancing (Weekly & Monthly)
  • Administration
  • Quotations & orders
  • Sub hire payment registrations
 
Other
  • Switchboard
  • New supplier paperwork
  • Credit application for new rental customers
