JOB DESCRIPTION:

Workshop

Filing
Purchase order requests (buy out paperwork)
Repair book ins - spreadsheet & paperwork for WMS transfers.
Follow up on customer repairs and order numbers
Validations
License disc requests
Job card assistance & arts orders
Assist with weekly wages and overtime spread sheets.

Rentals

Prepare spreadsheets
Balancing (Weekly & Monthly)
Administration
Quotations & orders
Sub hire payment registrations

Other

Switchboard
New supplier paperwork
Credit application for new rental customers
