Rental Manager - Durban - KwaZulu-Natal

POSITION INFO:

There is a wonderful opportunity available for an experienced Rental Manager at a leading equipment solution company based in Durban. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for all operations within the rental division. The candidate will furthermore be responsible for encouraging a positive working environment and ensuring that all customer needs are met. 

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate 
• Sound knowledge of Material Handling is essential 
• Sound knowledge of Autoline 
• Must have experience with the full MS Suite 
• Must have experience with meeting sales targets and production goals
• Must have Rental Industry knowledge 
• Results driven and customer focused

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all operational aspects such as distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales
• Monitor local market to identify prospective sales opportunities 
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
• Meet sales targets
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Coach, motivate and encourage staff to bring out their full potential 
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Increase brand awareness
